Terms and Conditions of Service.  1. Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON will never sell nor reveal personal contact information nor will we give our clients lists to third parties, unless it is required by law, and only by the authorization of the client. 2. Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON will communicate with its clients, principally through e-mail. Important information regarding the client and services agreed upon, should be considered presented to the client at the moment the information is sent to them via e-mail or that which is locates on this website. 3. All clients should maintain their contact information up-to-date within their control panel. If the client doesn't comply with this norm, this could result in the suspension of service to the client. Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON is not responsible in any capacity to access or use the clients control panel, however, we are always willing to help if asked. 4. Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON reserves the right to deny or terminate service for whoever at any time for any reason including but not limited to, infractions of the terms of service and acceptable use policy of Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON. If Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON deemed necessary to terminate the client service for any reason or infraction of terms of service, Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON will reimburse the client for the period of service that is not used. Under no circumstances will Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON be responsible for any damage caused as a result of termination of service. 5. Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON can make changes to these Terms and Conditions of Service at any moment, and any changes will take effect 30 calendar days after the information is given to the client. If the client is not in agreement with the terms of service, he or she should discontinue the use of his or her service immediately and contact Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON to cancel the account. 6. Payments are effective monthly or annual in upon the day the client initiated his service witn Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON and will be sent invoices via e-mail on that same day. If payment is not received before the expiration date of the client's account, the account will be suspended. Accounts can be terminated if they have past 15 or more calendar days in suspension. 7. Any charges will be invoiced according to the list of prices, which is updated and shown on the other services web page. The client can cancel any service or their account at any moment, and they are guaranteed to receive any reimbursements do to them for time they have paid for. Normally there are no reimbursements for design work completed.  8. Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON will not modify the price of any service or account. The price at which the client purchased a plan or service will stay the same for the duration of his or her hosting with Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON. 9. The client is responsible to comply with all local state and federal laws of the United States, as well as any laws applicable within the country in which the client uses the Internet to display their webpage. The client may not participate or support in any illegal activity through the use of their service with Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON. Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON does not control content of Internet traffic to or from this service. We do not host any webpages (nor information of any kind) containing pornography, or webpages with material against different ethnic groups, religious or political parties. 10. The services of Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON are presented as it is, and should be used at the risk of the client. Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON does not give any guarantees of its services expressed or implied in any kind. The client will receive a full reimbursement within 30 days if he or she is not satisfied. Again any time not used of any given service will be reimbursed as well. Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON is not responsible for any damage to hardware or software or the loss of information nor any other financial or personal loss derived from use, or the inability to use the service. Whatever if any obligation on the behalf of Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON is strictly limited to the amount paid for such services rendered. 11. The client is responsible for all actions taken by the use of this service. A condition of the use of these terms and conditions of service is the client agrees to not harm in any way legal or financial any officials, employees, agents, or other parties of Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON for what ever action derived for the use of the service. 12. Given the degree of insecurity of the global Internet, Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON safely guards credit card numbers and personal information and will never be sent via e-mail, and or by any other service of the Internet when the proper means are used. For this reason Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON uses a secure “payment gateway” of a third party to ensure the security of credit or debit card information. Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON does not retain this information. Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON Will not be held responsible for any type of security problems that might occur. Client agrees completely to not harm in any way, legal or financial Página Web Pronto - GRAFYCON as a result of the security breach of services to the client. 13. Página Web Pronto – GRAFYCON operates a firm Anti-SPAM policy. Sending or posting an type of unsolicited messages or information using the services of Página Web Pronto – GRAFYCON will result in the imposition of civil responsibility to the sender In accordance with the “Texas Business & Professions Code”. Unsolicited bulk messages include but are not limited to commercial publicity, informative news of all political or religious areas. 14. Página Web Pronto – GRAFYCON is integral company and desires to provide the best service to its clients in the Internet community by abiding by all laws.
